Hello my name is Sandy. I'm hoping to find an elder care provider job opportunity in Grande-Anse, New Brunswick. I hope to apply my skill as an elder care provider. I can alter my schedule to meet your need.
Graduated in Nursing Sciences, graduated from the University Cathólica Tecnológica de Barahona (UCATEBA), Dominican Republic, I acquired theoretical skills related to the different medical fields, I also learned all the necessary knowledge and techniques to my job as a nurse (distribution of medicines, blood pressure tests, blood samples, to name but a few).
My career has been marked by numerous practical internships carried out in the different departments, for example: observation and collection of clinical data, comfort and well-being care, information and education of the person or group of people, monitoring of the evolution and state of health of people, control and management of equipment, medical devices and products. These various experiences have allowed me to familiarize myself with a medical environment, but also to develop my listening skills in order to better support patients.
I have an energetic attitude as I have cared for several disabled adult patients in the hospital without family members. I have a knack for problem solving and working well independently and with little supervision. I am committed to improving the patient's health and well-being through personal care and dedication to it.
I consider myself an enterprising person and excellent in patient care, mobility assistance and help with daily life tasks.
