Hey my name is Jena Ana. I am a registered nurse here in the Philippines. I'm looking for a home carer job opportunity in Calgary, Alberta. I'm hoping to apply my experience as a home carer.
I am skilled nurse and a caregiver, I have patience and the ability to remain calm in stressfull situations, ability to work with others, knowledgeable in checking vital signs and able to manage if it is not in normal range, knowledgeable in performing CPR for infant/child and adult. I am adept at handling multiple task on a daily basis competently amd at working under pressure. I have strong comminucation skill as a result of building strong strong relationship with the patirlents in order to deliver the best result of care. And also, I am currently working as medical-surgical nurse in 109 bed capacity hospital, I have handled diffirent medical situations with different ages. I can do NGT and OGT insertion and feeding, suctioning. I am able also to use ECG machine, glucometer, etc. I am also rotated to a Dialysis unit and currently working as a part-time in Isabela kidney care dialysis center as as Dialysis nurse, so I am very confident also at handling with kidney patients and dialysis patients.
My father is post CVA patient with hemipharesis for almosr 10 years and I do take care of him. I am also a mother of 2, ages 11 and 9 years old. I am a hands on mom.
As a person, I am very compassionate, caring loving, trust worthy and reliable and willing to learn and advance my skills if necessary. I am also a good cook, and I am passion in baking. I can drive a car and a motorbike.
I can speak in English, Arabic, understand a little bit of Deutch.
Lastly, I wont ask as for a money, I am just looking for an employer who will support me all throughout the process of my application and give me necessary documents as part of the job offer.
